Chris Sayer

Chris Sayer is a freelance journalist and social media expert with more than ten years of experience in the publishing industry. His work has taken him to the Egyptian desert, the remote volcanos of Iceland, the riverbanks of Colorado and beyond, and has appeared in numerous mainstream magazines, national newspapers and lifestyle websites with subjects ranging from skateboarding, fishing, celebrity and travel. When he’s not working in editorial, Cornwall-based Chris manages social media accounts for some of the biggest action and adventure sports brands in the world. Chris has worked alongside Zambuni Communications for a number of years, primarily with the social content curation and management for the Orvis Saltwater Fly Fishing Festival and Orvis Saltwater Beginner’s Weekend, where we've often found him editing and posting images in the back of a van.

Tom Young

Tom Young is a freelance photographer, specialising in outdoor lifestyle. His passion turned career has taken him across the globe in search of remote places and different cultures, always with a camera in hand, and eager to tell the story. Tom resides in Cornwall, and works on a remote basis for a range of outdoor adventure brands, providing regular content, as well as working alongside their marketing teams to assist with campaigns. He has worked alongside Zambuni Communications over the last few years, documenting the Orvis Saltwater Fly Fishing Festival and Orvis Saltwater Beginner’s Weekend.

Deborah Thomas

Deborah has over 17 years' experience as a public speaking coach and presentation skills trainer.  Deborah's career began under the mentorship of renowned Ted Talk Speaker, Caroline McHugh. Working for Caroline’s company ID-OLOGY in London in 2004, Deborah honed the skills, tools and techniques which launched her career as a respected coach in the corporate sector. Having trained and worked internationally as a theatre actress, she began to teach at the prestigious Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2011. She still offers presentation and confidence training to the Music students today, during and beyond their studies.

After a decade of working in London and New York, Deborah relocated back to her native Wales, where she is raising her daughter and running her businesses - Public Speaking Solutions and Wedding Speech Genie. She says her vocational mission has always been to enable all of her clients in finding their true voice, so that they may be seen, heard and remembered for all the right reasons.
