  • Claire Zambuni

    Founder

    Born in London, Claire brings 35 years of communications and events expertise to Zambuni. As an accredited business coach, Claire understands that everything starts with a conversation and is passionate about listening to her clients needs and creating and executing a successful strategy tailored specifically to them. Festivals are in Claire’s DNA and she has been successfully able to transfer these skills to create sell-out stand-alone events. Passionate about the environment and the outdoors lifestyle when not at her computer, she will be found wild swimming, practising Ashtanga yoga, fishing or hiking. Claire achieved the Restorative Approaches Facilitator Training 2022/2023 at Royal Borough of Greenwich.

  • Emma Sandham

    Senior Account Manager

    Born in The Lake District, Emma graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2016 with a degree in English Language and Communication. Gaining experience as an Account Executive at a leading B2B Tech PR agency in Kingston, Emma then joined Zambuni in November 2017, bringing with her a passion for the outdoors. She continues to combine her love for the outdoor adventure and creative writing, forging strong relationships with clients and top-tier journalists. Emma is a Level 1 Angling Support Coach and is passionate about introducing more people to the joys of getting out into nature. Alongside Claire, Emma achieved the Restorative Approaches Facilitator Training 2022/2023 at Royal Borough of Greenwich, specialising in environmental harm.

  • Iona Mackay

    Account Executive

    Born in Zimbabwe, Iona moved to the UK at a young age and grew up in the stunning Dorset countryside, surrounded by nature. Her Scottish roots mean that every opportunity is spent with her family in Aberdeenshire and as a result she naturally feels most at home in the outdoors. Iona graduated with a degree in English Literature from Newcastle University in 2019, which has provided a strong creative and literary foundation for her. She immersed herself in University life and helped to run the Caledonian Society where she adopted a wealth of organisational skills. Iona gained valuable experience working with a luxury gift company, managing all the customers there and developing her E-Commerce and Marketing skills too. Iona joined us to pursue and engage with her keen interest in conservation and the environment.
