Les Trois Rivières

Joyous, collaborative and inclusive could be three words to describe our open afternoon to introduce our new Association, Les Trois Rivières, at the Mairie in Chalabre on Thursday April 13.

The local community were invited to join us for a relaxed evening of presentations from the founder, Claire Zambuni and the President, Robert Brown, and to learn about the new Association.

We were thrilled to welcome around 60 guests and introduce them to our upcoming events and the River Summit and Festival being held on 14-16 September 2023. With maps of the area for everyone to see, art from last year and the inviting environment of the Mairie.

Chilled beers were kindly provided by our event partners BDQ Beer and the bureau all donated delicious food offerings including middle eastern delights by chefs Nicolas and Mirella Kersting as well as pizza from Jane and David, working with Geoffrey Thomas on the Academics Round Table on Friday 15th September, a new addition this year

We wanted to have an inclusive event where all were welcome to join. We gathered 25 founding members on the evening and had lots of signups for our schedule of events for May and June.

We hope to see you all again soon.
