Project Summary

How we helped Orvis connect with saltwater anglers and encourage more participation through a bespoke branded festival now in its second year. We created and held the first event in September 2020 around the Orvis Chichester Store and due to a 40% growth in entries in 2021 based the event at Langstone Quays in Langstone Harbour.

Content Creation

Content Creator, Chris Sayer working with Photographer Tom Young, produce brand focussed assets during and after the event. With an effective Instagram takeover, Orvis UK social media followers could be immersed in the event from their phones, engaging in educational content and event coverage.

TV Presenter Andy Ford films the event for BT Sport’s On The Bank, truly catching the essence of the festival and what fly fishing really means to those who treasure it.

On the Ground: Events Management

From the moment we step foot in the venue to the moment we leave, the Zambuni Communications team are on hand to not only ensure the event runs smoothly but to make an impact.

We believe an event can only run smoothly with concise and clear communication with guests before, during and after. To achieve this, we make it our business to get to know our guests and form great relationships.
